I recently brought our vehicle in for an oil change. Maxx informed me of two serious issues with car. Maxx knew my brother from some years ago and recognized the car. He went out of his way to express a kindness and humility that was the panacea of the day! We scheduled hours for the repairs and every step of the way, Maxx popped-over to the customer seating area and explained the progress and again, the importance of each being a major Saftey Issue. When done, Maxx asked about my brother's health and acted like a fine young man that he is!
