First time buying a car and had a great experience here. Very easy to work with, everyone there is kind and welcoming. Phil helped me through everything and was a pleasure to work with, and the car is in excellent condition!

My daughter was planning to replace the tires on her Honda Fit when she returned to New Jersey after visiting us in Massachusetts for the weekend. During her 4+ hour trip here on Friday afternoon, her car had a flat tire (which she changed herself!). Concerned about her long drive back home, I called local tire companies to try to get her an appointment to replace her tires on Saturday morning. Between full schedules and lack of inventory, I was having no luck. At a few minutes before closing time, I called Lundgren Honda, where I have my Pilot serviced. Scott in Lundgren's Service Departnent came to the rescue! Despite a full schedule, he squeezed her car in for Saturday morning. Her car now has 4 new tires, and we all have peace of mind that her tires are safe for her long drive home to New Jersey. This is customer service at its absolute best!!!

Excellent experience, had an issue with my screen brightness and my phone not connecting to my car. The service sales girl went above and beyond. She sat with me when I picked up my car to be sure my phone connected. I highly recommend and will be back.

As always, I had an excellent service experience with Lundgren. Their manner is courteous and flexible, and their advice is sound. I’ve been dealing with them for 11 years and haven’t been disappointed.

The scheduled appointment took place on time. It was quick and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately I was warned about needing brake work soon but I’d rather know in advance than being surprised

Excellent customer service, awesome detailing(2020 CRV looked new) and great attention to customers needs. I always recommend this service department to others.

The appointment went very smoothly and quickly. The service was performed faster than I expected, and I was advised about another service repair that was needed soon and was able to schedule a follow up before I departed. Kelsie also quickly replaced my wiper inserts after noticing they were worn. I was very satisfied by all aspects of this service appointment.
