Bought my second truck from lundgren Honda of greenfield excellent price and service told them I had a few minor issues with it and they said bring it back we will take care of it and give you a loaner car while we fix it don’t get better than that!

He went out of his way to express a kindness and humility that was the panacea of the day! We scheduled hours for the repairs and every step of the way, Maxx popped-over to the customer seating area and explained the progress and again, the importance of each being a major Saftey Issue. When done, Maxx asked about my brother's health and acted like a fine young man that he is! Everyone in the service department is respectful, understanding, and efficient. They are fantastic about communicating appointment information and being honest when service is running behind schedule. If anything comes up during appointments they always contact you and get your permission to move forward with recommendations and to make sure you have been informed of any findings and discuss how you can move forward.
