I've been in the Car Biz/Sales for along time. This Service Department tells me what I need, and what is coming. Kelsie has been my Advisor for a while now, and I'm happy to know my car is in great condition when I leave. Thank You Honda! I'm a Subaru guy. You haven't kicked me out yet lol.

They had the car we wanted, Marty and Anthony work great together to get you the best deal, and it was the first time in 30 years I did not have to play the frustrating "let me talk to my manager" game. What a refreshing difference! Even though it was a 2 hour turnaround to get there, it was well worth it.

Just left after getting an oil change. I got a same day appointment and they covered everything under my contract after buying certified pre-owned from another Honda dealership. They made it super easy and let me do my computer work at one of their desks for a few hours after they finished the oil change even. I was in the zone so I just kept at it and they were extremely accommodating. Excellent staff, very friendly.

I just purchased a used vehicle through Andrew last Friday, he made the entire process so simple and smooth. After I took the vehicle home we noticed a few issues and I assume it's because the car originally came from the Bennington VT store and they had told me they were fixing everything before I had it brought to greenfield. Well I brought it back thinking I would have to fight with them to fix these things because that's always been my experience at Country Hyundai. I spoke to Scott and he was AMAZING! They not only fixed these issues for free but gave me a really nice loaner to drive till it's done. I am still in the loaner but I wanted to write this review anyway because I am just so happy that these people care so much and truly want to do the right thing. Bought a used Honda from a friend and when noises started i was a bit upset luckily instead of any garage this site had a service center with an AMAZING Representative there to make me feel at ease. Kelsie and the service team there went above and beyond made a great diagnosis and where very informative about the small issues. I felt assured in the job needed in the near future and Kelsie and the service team even found a recall on a certain part that they are more than glad and willing to do the job no hassle.
