We are seeking an Experience Automotive Office Manager to join us in supporting our dealership staff. You must have automotive experience to be considered for this position.
Prepares and analyzes financial statements and monthly reports
Maintains an orderly accounting system
Maintains accounts payable/receivable
Processes payroll and tax liabilities
Completes periodic bank reconciliations
Issues timely and complete financial statements
Complies with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* High School Diploma required
Five years of Automotive Office Manager experience
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
Must have CDK- ADP Experience
Dealership Experience a must.
